Internet Safety is a very important part of our everyday lives.  We are able to be online 24/7 through computes, smartphones and ipods.  Being safe is very easy to do.  Below are some guidelines and extra websites to help become safe on the internet.

Never give your personal information out to anyone.  This means no emails, addresses, phone numbers and do not give anyone your full family name.  Be aware that not everything on the internet is good.  If something is inappropriate, close the window.  If something bothers you, talk to your teacher.  Try and not click banners and adds.  You can get bad stuff on your computer this way.  Make sure to read the Acceptable Use Policy for the school in case you are unsure of expectations and rules.  Basically, be responsible and you will be safe.  If you have any questions or concerns that is what teachers are here for.  Ask us.
